The Lab is lucky to have a dedicated staff (the majority of whom are under 35 years), as well as teachers and technicians working on different projects. Most are voluntary. Financial constraints prevent the Lab from employing full-time faculty on a remunerative basis. The Lab is itself a training ground and learning arena for the team, which is also exploring different options to become self-sufficient in the future.
